We are looking for a Full-Time Patient Access Representative II to join the UTHealth Department of Family Medicine in Houston, TX, with Epic and Customer Service experience. In this position, you will support a bustling Family Medicine Clinic and provide daily patient-facing check-in/check-out processes. In addition to this, you will help maintain a safe/clean environment for patients and staff. The team you join will support 15+ family medicine providers and their medical team.
Position Key Accountabilities:
Certification/Skills:
Ability to multi-task.
Proficient typing/keyboarding skills.
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
Two years of experience in a hospital or medical business office setting.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
