This position is responsible for making reservations, assisting guests, answering correspondence, providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Answer calls, send/reply to emails, and makes reservations. Maintains arrival, departure & guest lists Checks guests in and out, assist guests as needed Clean lobby and office areas Coordinate housekeeping list with housekeepers, special guest request. Receive and process payments, prepare daily audit reports Maintain petty cash account Monitor for 3rd party reservations and cancellations Other duties as assigned
