Part-Time Dietitian
Location: Citrus Heights Post Acute
Pay Range: $40 - $44 per hour

Citrus Heights Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Part-Time Dietitian to support our residents' health and wellness goals! This role is ideal for a nutrition expert passionate about working with the elderly and skilled in managing dietary needs in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor nutrition plans tailored to individual resident needs
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents' dietary and medical goals
• Conduct nutritional assessments and adjust plans based on progress and medical needs
• Educate residents and families on nutrition and healthy eating habits

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian with licensure in California
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
