Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Analyst (Finance)

Collaborative Forecasting and Planning:
Lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment activities with assigned account(s), ensuring alignment on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
Facilitate regular CPFR meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to review forecasts, address discrepancies, and optimize inventory strategies.
Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management:
Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order creation to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Monitor and manage inventory levels at customer locations, utilizing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) principles to optimize stock availability and minimize out-of-stocks.
Ensure adherence to customer ordering protocols, including minimum order quantities, pricing, and lead times.
Proactively identify and resolve potential supply chain disruptions, collaborating with procurement, production planning, and logistics teams.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including fill rates, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.
Conduct root cause analysis of deviations from target metrics, developing and implementing corrective action plans.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal and external stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Process Improvement and Project Management:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, such as onboarding new customers to CPFR programs or implementing new technology solutions.
Continuously evaluate and refine CPFR processes to ensure alignment with evolving customer needs andbusiness objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts,serving as a trusted partner and problem solver.
Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, inventory levels, and potential issues.
Ensure service level performance aligns with established customer requirements and expectations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in VMI/CPFR, inventory/materials management, customer service, or purchasing preferred
Experience in the CPG industry strongly preferred
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, JDA, etc.) required
Experience with Luminate or similar supply chain planning software preferred
Skills and Competencies:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withinternal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to deal with ambiguity
