RN - Home Based Hospital Care (Finance)
Work Schedule :
80% FTE, day/evening shift. On-call responsibilities. Weekend and holiday rotation. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will travel and work primarily in patient's homes, your assigned work location will be 301 S. Westfield Rd., Madison, WI.

Provide hands-on acute care in the home setting for the Home-Based Hospital Care patient population requiring the use of advanced assessment, technical, teaching, and decision-making skills.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
