Location: Ciro's Sewer Cleaning – Eastlake, OH
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

We're looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly, support both field and office teams, and ensure excellent customer interactions. What You'll Do:
✅ Handle customer interactions via phone and email with professionalism and care
✅ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a problem-solving mindset
✅ Schedule and coordinate daily activities for drivers to optimize efficiency
✅ Price and prepare invoices based on technician notes and paperwork
✅ Process payments and follow up on past-due invoices
✅ Perform general office duties, including reporting and documentation
What We're Looking For:
✔ Customer service or dispatching experience (preferred in HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries)
✔ Prior administrative experience
✔ Strong communication and active listening skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
✔ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
