Camp Counselor (Personal Services)

Camp Counselors provide direct supervision of a group of children during day camp. Our staff provide quality experiences and environment for the children and parents. A qualified individual is energetic, creative, professional, patient, and exhibits a desire for working with kids.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create a fun and safe environment for all kidsPlan, lead, and take part in various indoor and outdoor activitiesPlan and implement developmentally appropriate weekly and daily activitiesFollow program requirements and standards for safety and cleanlinessCreate and maintain relationships with children and parentsCommunicate effectively with other staff, supervisors, and parentsManage conflict and issues with campers across a multitude of developmental stagesResponsible for the health and well being of all campers in their care.Other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel
