Senior Human Resources Generalist (Finance)

Summary:

This role is responsible for performing Human Resource related duties on a professional level working closely with Human Resource management in supporting Human Resource functions. This role carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and employment law compliance.

Essential Functions:

• Executes day-to-day human resources responsibilities, applying knowledge of policies and procedures in the following areas:
• Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Training.
• Support employee development, talent planning and organizational development.
• Assists in planning, development and implementation of training that supports company initiatives. Delivers new hire training as needed.
• Provide support in administering ADA, FMLA, or other Leave programs and processes.
• Prepare reports and identifies trends in employee related issues, turnover and performance trends and provides solutions to operations leadership.
• Facilitate HR processes and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• 4+ years Human Resources experience
• Experience in multiple Human Resource areas (i.e. employment laws, compensation, benefits, workers compensation, training, employee relations, etc.).
• This is an onsite position; with a minimum of three days/week onsite at our Chandler, AZ location.
• Human Resources Information Systems experience
