Summary
Housing for Health (HFH) is a program office within Health Services Administration, a division of the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS). This position leads a team of analysts tasked with providing critical analytical and reporting support to HFH programs, ensuring data-driven insights inform decision-making and enhance program effectiveness. Key responsibilities include supervising the development and automation of reports and dashboards, improving the quality and accessibility of program data, and ensuring analytics and reporting efforts are aligned with strategic priorities. Essential Functions
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience working directly with a client-centric relational database and with managing individuals. They are an experienced data analyst who is comfortable with using various tools to analyze large datasets. They have taken the lead on projects where the best path forward is unclear.
Education/Experience
Four or more years of highly complex administrative or supervising experience in the health, housing, social services, or related sectors.
