Seasonal Maintenance Assistant (Biotech)

PURPOSE OF JOB AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the property. Assists in repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments, as well as the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES.

Responsible for daily repair and upkeep of the property as needed.Perform power washing, unit paint & turns, groundskeeping, and other work as needed.Responsible for maintaining clean grounds and common areas.Prepares or assists in the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the company. Always follow manufacturers guidelines when using or servicing each piece of equipment.Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents to the Property Manager.Perform all job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Some weekend, evening, and on-call shifts may be required.
