💼 Full-Time | $15.45/hr
🕐 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Off-Site Linen Distribution Technician to join our team at CHOA Arthur M. Blank Hospital. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth flow of clean and soiled linen, supporting hospital operations and patient care.
What You'll Do:
Transport clean linen in covered carts to assigned hospital areas.
Collect soiled linen and return it in covered carts to designated locations.
Verify delivery quantities and perform linen inventory as needed.
Maintain strong communication with your supervisor and hospital staff.
Resolve client issues and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
Follow safety, infection control, and quality guidelines at all times.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Operate equipment and perform clerical duties (phones, basic computer use).
Comply with Joint Commission Standards and hospital protocols.
Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or similar industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Comfortable receiving and giving open feedback
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull linen carts up to 250 lbs
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift
Capable of meeting physical demands for entire 8-hour shift
