About the Role
The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City (FRBKC) is seeking a software delivery manager to join the Post Payments Modernization program (PPM). PPM is an initiative to implement a modern cloud-based post-payments system for the United States Treasury.
The PPM team supports the development of cloud-based services that will be composed of a wide-range of technologies like Java, Angular, Python, Docker, Kafka and Kubernetes, plus Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies like S3, Lambda, EKS, SQS, Aurora, and many more.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing software engineers, and software quality assurance analysts building these cloud services in an agile setting. Qualifications
Typically requires at least 6 or more years in a formal leadership role or relevant informal leadership experiences.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or work experience.

Salary:
$79,400 - $109,100 / Assistant Manager
$101,100 - $139,000 / Manager
Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate's qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
Screening: United States citizenship is required for this position. This position has additional screening requirements due to the information accessed while preforming the job. These additional screenings would be initiated at the time of offer acceptance and can take up to a couple of months to be completed. You can begin work before the screening is completed; however, continued employment is contingent on acceptable screening results. The areas screened may include education/employment verification, criminal history, credit history, and reference checks.
