Sales Manager- Transit (Security)

Devise and implement sales strategies, goals, and forecasts.Identify business opportunities through industry analysis and relationship building.Maintain effective budgetary control of sales expenses.Drive new sales leads to proposals/quotations individually and as a part of a team.Lead the preparations of RFP/IFB submittals; budgetary and formal quotations.Participate in tradeshows.Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, etc.Develop and deliver sales presentations.Develop and maintain professional communications.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Travel for customer visits, meetings, tradeshows, etc.Other functions as assigned.
