About the Role
Essity's Health and Medical Solutions North America team is looking for an experienced Medical Advisor. Responsibilities will primarily include marketing JOBST® compression, within but not limited to DME/HME facilities and vein/vascular/lymphedema clinics. This role will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate should live in the Boston, MA metro; CT; or RI.

Due to the nature of this role, this individual is required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. “Fully vaccinated” means two weeks have passed from the last injection of primary series. You will also need to comply with customer/client requirements which may include boosters for access to client premises or to maintain compliance with credentialing.
What You Will Do
Influence decision makers through target oriented concept selling and secure prescriptions from specialists related to product portfolio
Set up, run and/or supervise clinical lessons and product presentations to accurately display the properties and benefits of assigned products (eg. wound care/compression) and show to customers/users how to use them correctly and effectively in alignment with care protocols
Develop and update training programs, instruction materials, procedures and regulations to ensure up to date expertise on relevant products segments
Launch and support key strategic products
Introduce new and innovative concepts to improve sales opportunities and market position
Identify and communicate market intelligence on potential new opportunities in terms of new products or applications
Actively build and maintain networks and participate in relevant forums to stay updated with market development and the position of our products in the market
Provide professional support and training to internal and external target groups including train the trainer activities
Work closely with Key/Account Manager to optimize customer management according to budgeted plans
Maintain data in sales systems (CRM)
Who You Are
Four (4)-year college or university degree is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience with compression garments and fitting preferred.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience or medical sales preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to plan and organize time, schedules, and effective use of company resources.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or customer contact database applications.
Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent people skills.
Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Strong time and territory management skills are a must.
Must live in the assigned territory.
Valid US driver's license and must meet Essity's Corporate Vehicle Policy Standards.
Ability to travel up to 50%

Compensation and Benefits:
$80k - $90k annual salary range + annual sales incentive + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
