Job Description: Ensure the smooth operation of the computer environments deployed within the SE Sustainability Business network. Manage and troubleshoot new and current users and support a variety of software and hardware across North America, as well as globally. Administer network user accounts and mailboxes. Perform Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting. Provide technical support to a wide range of users - local as well as remote. Provision client systems into the live user environment. Support desktop applications. Develop documentation, including user guides. Gather data and prepare reports. Position eligible for up to 2 days remote work per week.
Requirements: Position requires a bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years of experience in direct IT support, including network administration, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Administration of network user accounts and mailboxes; Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting; Providing technical support to users globally - local as well as remote; Provisioning client systems into the live user environment; Supporting desktop applications; Developing documentation, including user guides; Gathering data and preparing reports; Undertaking project work when required; Following change control standards within the documented policy; and Using and supporting the following systems: Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office365 package, and Microsoft Active Directory.
