This includes installation, use, and troubleshooting of the Point of Sale (PoS), cabling, network hardware, telephones, computers, printers, handhelds, and other technology. This role requires to participate in after-hours on-call rotation shared with others on the Technology Support Team as well as documenting work for change management, workflow, and process review. Use the Spinx ticket system to track support needs and requests. Responsibilities: Follow IT policies and procedures Work on assigned tickets and tasks, provide basic troubleshooting, and support for technology in stores and the support center Document work for change management, workflow, and process review Understand when to escalate issues to higher levels of support. Continuous professional development and skills required for supporting technology at the guidance or requirement of the manager/business After-hours on-call rotation for support coverage Additional duties as assigned or required by the manager
