Position Summary:
The National Sales & Leasing Specialist is integral to driving leasing success by improving property performance, mentoring, and identifying strategic opportunities to boost leasing velocity. This role focuses on supporting leasing teams and discovering innovative ways to increase leasing activity, including on-site marketing, outreach, and social media engagement. The National Sales Specialist also assists teams in building strong connections with local businesses, universities, and prospective and current residents. The Specialist works with on-site teams to refine leasing strategies and provide hands-on leasing support. This position does show that it is a remote role, but we listed remote based on the high amount of travel required. This employee will actively engage with our student living communities by traveling onsite to any location within our diverse portfolio.

Work Schedule: 9 am-6 pm, Monday through Friday, with extended hours and/or weekends required as scheduled or as needed to meet business needs.
