The Supervision and Regulation department serves this overall mission by supervising and regulating state member banks, bank holding companies, and regional, large, and foreign banking institutions. Together, we work to promote a safe, sound, fair and transparent banking and financial system.
About the Position
As a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst you will provide strategic planning and executive facilitation support to the Supervision and Regulation department. You will need to utilize strong time management and organizational skills, as well as demonstrate a deep understanding of strategic planning, project management and change management while working across the department.
•Strategic Planning: You will direct and lead all facets of the department's annual strategic and business planning processes, including monitoring the business and environment, meeting with and presenting to partners, conducting analysis, tracking performance, and developing actions plans to advance the department's priorities and initiatives.
•Executive Committee Support: You will be responsible for facilitation of the department's Executive Committee. Coordinate the committee's weekly agendas, facilitate meetings, take meeting minutes, identify and follow up on action items and act as a consult to presenters.
•Consultant: You will serve as the primary point of contact and consultant to many internal and external partners.
