Project Manager (Information Technology)
Manage/Lead day-to-day relationships with all levels of client contact, including open items logs, client calls, training on new and existing features, and issue resolution. Including the project management of other internal zizzl resources aligned to the client team (configuration analyst or EDI).
Own a book of brokers/clients/partners/products/services.
Manage relationships with downstream parties and resources.
Act as the client escalation point for service delivery concerns to provide oversight and drive delivery of key initiatives.
Manage and execute project plans and supporting materials (meeting notes) to ensure smooth transitions from implementation through ongoing service delivery across various models and platforms.
Ensure client and broker satisfaction (NPS).
Conduct regular team meetings within the sub-team to ensure successful execution of assigned tasks.
Understand client requirements and specifications to be the subject matter expert on all topics related to clients.
Successfully partner with various members of the zizzl organization across multiple projects and teams while executing assigned tasks and projects efficiently.
Participate in sales presentations as needed representing the client service and operations branch of zizzl.
Know and continually build knowledge about our products and technology.
As dictated by client or project need, complete tasks traditionally associated within the Project Manager, Account Manager, Configuration Analyst and Practice Leader job functions while responding quickly and accurately to project questions including escalations from client.
Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support while facilitating collaboration and ensuring effective communication within the team.
Actively participate in zizzl sponsored professional development and training initiatives.
Proactively seek out opportunities for efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
