Manufacturing Manager (Finance)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Biomedical Engineering or related engineering field and five (5) years of experience as a manufacturing engineer, manufacturing manager or related occupation. Or alternatively, Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Biomedical Engineering or related engineering field and two (2) years of experience as a manufacturing engineer, manufacturing manager or related occupation. Must possess at least two (2) years' experience with each of the following: Development and optimization of products to include processes, tooling, and equipment; DOE, IQ/OQ/PQ, Gage R&R and TMV; Leading a team with scope over production, planning and training in an environment regulated by an external regulatory body; Driving improvement, implementing corrective actions and auditing to receive or improve certificate; PFMEA, DFMEA, and root cause analysis; DMAIC, Six Sigma, CAPA, and NCMR; Launching new products from pilot/development through commercialization; Leading and implementing new ERP or transitioning to a new ERP system for a manufacturing site.

Salary: $187,000 to $204,000 per year
