Supervisor, Maintenance (Manufacturing)
1. Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, including auditing, addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions, timely reporting safety incidents and enforcing safety-related policies and procedures.
2. Provide leadership and direction to the Maintenance team, including auditing the department for safety issues, managing installations and the set-up of all new equipment or movement of equipment in the plant, ensuring the shifts are communicating, overseeing housekeeping, reviewing quality and quantity of work completed by the Maintenance Technicians.
3. Provide technical assistance to the Maintenance department.
4. Program, write, design, and run diagnostics on ladder logic for wiring or PLC programming.
5. Coordinate work schedules for the Maintenance department, including writing, reviewing, and updating open and completed work orders, updating mold damage reports, charting mold changeovers and press down time for continuous improvement, setting up and scheduling all outside trainings, reviewing all mold/insert changes with the Scheduler, and verifying times and configurations.
6. Other duties as assigned.
