Customer Business Partner (Healthcare)

In your Customer Business Partner role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
The Customer Business Partner (CBP) is a critical member of the team responsible for all aspects of building, selling, and executing joint business plans that deliver the objectives of the Target Team and Kimberly-Clark Business Unit (BU). The CBP will support the Business Development Manager (BDM) on aligning on, and achieving, the goals and growth strategy. The CBP will collaborate with cross functional customer team members to better analyze, build, and execute the business plan. Internal to K-C, the CBP is responsible for supporting key planning processes and engagements for the Target Team including Annual Operating Plan and Business Planning Processes, ongoing communications, and others as needed to ensure alignment with BU strategies and adherence KC planning policies and processes.
In this role you will:
Plan, sell, negotiate, execute and manage the business in partnership with the BDM, Customer, and internal partners
Lead and support the development of omnichannel strategies to drive both brick & mortar and digital commerce success, including creating customer-facing presentations & selling interactions
Leverage key systems including Forecast & Trade Promotion Planning, Customer Data, Syndicated Data, and Customer portal/systems to report, assess, plan, & execute
Ensure planning processes internally and with customer are comprehensive and timely, designed to meet and exceed objectives
Bring insights, observations, and thorough business assessment to help guide both strategic and tactical opportunity identification
Play critical role in bringing together cross-functional team including Digital, Omnichannel Marketing, Sales Analytics, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Shopper Insights, and Finance together to deliver objectives

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in CPG or sales and proficient in analytics/category management, and trade management
Experience presenting to Senior Leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand experience
Strong analytical skills, and ability to distill into insights and action plans
Good understanding of omnichannel retail, preferably with experience working in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and Target
Strong record of exceeding sales objectives, and developing and executing across distribution, shelving, merchandising, & pricing
Confidence and experience in learning new systems and data sources
Strong skills in oral, verbal and written communication, prioritization, bias for action, business acumen, leadership, inter-personal relationships, and customer service
