Facility Scheduling Coordinator (Healthcare)

Hourly Wage: $18-$25
As the Staffing & Transportation Coordinator, you'll be the go-to for ensuring that:
- Every nursing shift is fully and appropriately staffed based on census, budget, and need
- Transportation is arranged and confirmed for resident appointments and outings
- New hires are prepped and ready with schedules and orientation support
- Attendance and tardiness are monitored and reported accurately
- You work closely with HR and Nursing leaders to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communication stays clear, positive, and professional with staff, applicants, and departments
- Records, licenses, and certifications are always up-to-date and compliant
- Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to ensure all shifts are covered
- Fill last-minute call-outs and shift changes
- Schedule and track transportation for resident appointments and outings
- Work closely with drivers and nursing staff to keep everything running on time
- Handle any changes or updates with confidence and speed
- Maintain accurate records and reports like scheduling logs and transport calendars
- Collaborate across departments to keep operations flowing
