As we continue to expand our portfolio of projects and tackle increasingly complex challenges, we are seeking a strong, experienced Senior Program Director to lead and oversee our high-impact programs. This role is pivotal to ensuring alignment across our businesses and functions, realizing business and regulatory objectives and driving measurable outcomes that fuel our growth and support our strategy.
Establishing a team of highly skilled program and project directors, will support us in achieving these priorities in a consistent and appropriately governed way.
Who we are looking for
As a Senior Program Director, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our most strategic and important regulatory commitments. You will be the driving force behind development, execution and continuous improvement of initiatives that will span multiple businesses and teams. Reporting to the Enterprise Change Lead, you will be responsible for aligning cross-functional priorities, engaging with senior stakeholders and ensuring projects deliver on time, within budget, and in line with our strategic and regulatory commitments. The work will be instrumental in executing change across the organization.
This position requires a senior, experienced leader with a proven track record of owning, driving, and managing successful outcomes associated with complex programs in a dynamic, high-collaborative, and time-driven environments that require thoughtful risk-based decision-making and effective execution.

Salary Range:
$225,000 - $337,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
