Ensure all PIC data as it pertains to units (Asset Management) are changed and up to date.Perform analysis of PIC related reporting issues to ensure compliance with HUD 50058 reporting requirements.Responsible for transmission of 50058 for all housing programs.Research complex 50058 reporting errors to determine appropriate action to resolve and correct, including delivery of pertinent training to staff.Primary resource for problem solving for CMHA program PIC issues.Conduct PIC training for both Asset Management and Housing Choice Voucher staff.Act as a liaison between CMHA staff and HUD PIC coaches for troubleshooting issues as needed.Conduct file reviews to ensure the accuracy of data pertinent to program compliance.Provide office training to Asset Management staff.Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
