Your Impact
The Hearst Magazines Commerce Team is looking for a strategic Director of Commerce Partnerships to join our commerce team and take the lead in managing our complex network of affiliate partners. This role will serve as a leader within our commerce team to manage and expand our affiliate partnerships across our growing and diverse portfolio of 25+ titles.
The ideal candidate is confident seeking out & negotiating impactful partnerships, and working with other internal teams to guide innovative commerce partnership strategies. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide-variety of merchants across the fashion, tech, home, and fitness space. You should be skilled at making data-driven decisions and seeking out new opportunities based on content & industry trends. This position will report to the VP of Commerce and manage one direct report.

The base salary for this role is between $116,000 - $135,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
