Pressroom - Manufacturing Supervisor (Finance)

Work Hours: Department has various shifts (7AM-3PM; 3PM-11PM;11PM-7AM; 6AM-6PM; 6PM-6AM)
Location: Willard, OH 44890

As our Pressroom Supervisor, you will:

• Promote safety as top priority
• Plan, direct and supervise the activities of the Pressroom employees
• Promote quality by ensuring customer expectations are exceeded, and quality products are produced in an effective and in an efficient manner.
• Lead, coach, mentor, motivate and inspire direct reports to achieve optimum results by consistently demonstrating role model behavior in all that is said and done.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Safety minded individual who has observed, changed and guided safety rules/regulations.
• Have demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Generates creative solutions to work situations.
• Interpersonal styles/methods to inspire and guide individuals and teams toward goal achievement.
• Having and using knowledge of systems, situations and culture inside the organization to identify potential organizational problems, opportunities and change management.
• Experience with project management by setting up ongoing procedures for collection and review of information necessary.
• Printing industry experience preferred.
