Clubhouse Group Leader (Personal Services)

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Program Director and Group Leader in an alternative therapeutic setting. This position involves leading groups, overseeing a dedicated staff, and spearheading the growth and development of the program. The ideal candidate should be creative, personable, and capable of establishing strong connections with participants.

Responsibilities:
Lead alternative therapeutic groups in an dynamic setting, providing support and guidance to participants.Manage and support a team of staff members, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.Develop and implement new ideas and strategies to enhance the program's impact and reach.Collaborate with the team to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for participants.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program, making adjustments as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and participant progress.Conduct outreach and networking to promote the program and attract new participants.Be available at least two nights a week to lead group sessions and supervise staff.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in group facilitation and program management preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse teamCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of alternative therapeutic approaches and practicesFlexibility to take on multiple roles and responsibilitiesWillingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
