Manager, Sourcing - Hybrid (Finance)

We are seeking a Manager, Sourcing to lead a team dedicated to ensuring we have the supplies, services, and equipment needed to support our life-saving work.
In this role, you will oversee strategic sourcing programs, negotiate vendor contracts, and align sourcing strategies with organizational goals to deliver the best value while mitigating risk. Collaborating with cross-functional leaders, you'll drive initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our supply chain. Additionally, you'll manage supplier relationships, lead cost-containment efforts, and provide key insights and analytics to senior leadership, ensuring Vitalant remains equipped to fulfill its mission.
What to Expect
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: Hybrid work location working on-site in Scottsdale, AZ National Headquarters Monday - Wednesday and working in a remote/ at-home office Thursday and Friday.

Requirements
Knowledge/ Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Master's degree preferred.
Licenses/ Certifications
CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) preferred.
Experience
Seven years of related experience required to include five years of sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management experience and two years supervisory experience.
Healthcare Supply Chain Management experience preferred.
Experience in Workday preferred.
Project Management Experience preferred.

Must have analytical, statistical, personal organization, and problem-solving skills.
