The Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC), a non-profit organization funded primarily by the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is looking for a Senior Housing Rehabilitation Inspector to join its team. This is an "in-house" position that will include handling general transactional matters related to purchase/sale of real estate, real estate development, and preparation of vendor agreements. The attorney will also be asked to assist with real estate-related litigation (i.e., quiet title actions, eviction/ejectment actions, etc.), monitoring outside counsel with assigned litigation, legislative review, and compliance issues.
