Lead Worker Room and Event Set Up (Finance)
Essential Duties(Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.)
1. Provides outstanding customer service by accurately reading and executing work orders for room and event set ups.
2. In a timely and accurate manner, completes all requested room and event set ups according to the layouts provided.
3. Solicits input from customer, project manager and site supervisor prior to event to ensure all instructions provided in set up layouts are complete as stated.
4. Sets up and tears down facility equipment (i.e., chairs, tables, staging, risers, trash cans, dance floors, coat racks, table skirting, carpet, etc.) for events.
5. Reports defective equipment, facility damage, areas of the facility requiring cleaning and incorrect or improper set-ups to supervisor in a timely manner.
6. Monitors supply usage and immediately communicates shortages.
7. Responsible to properly clean and maintain areas used for events.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The associate in this position has supervisory responsibility for designated associates in their department.
Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 Years' experience in a related field required.
• No professional certifications are required for this position.
• The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties.
• Associates in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check and sex offender check.
• Basic ability to operate a computer using Microsoft Office software and basic typing skills, required.

This associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the Goodwill Privacy policy 10.23 related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to protect the privacy and security of CI.
Physical Demands/Work Environment/Work Conditions
•The associate is required to lift 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Job requires walking or standing to a significant degree, with a degree of pushing and pulling.
• The associate works in a moderate work environment with occasional exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).
• May be required to work at multiple designated work sites or may be reassigned as needed to other contract sites
.•Must be available to work flexible hours and days including early morning, evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays.
